A trip to the garden

Our little world has been so out of whack for the last couple of months, and we hadn't been to the botanical garden in a looooong time, grand parents left early this morning and I felt like I needed a little outing, just me and the girls! We could have played in the bamboo the entire time! They both loved the BLACK dirt that laid below the bamboo leaves, we had 20 little dirty finger nails to prove it! Ava loved shaking one bamboo stick against the others to make knocking sounds and hear the leaves rustle. She also had to get her daily climb in, so we headed to the tree house. Successful climb and great outing! We need to be hanging out there more for sure.
